Product Uses
Recommended Usage

Consume 4-6 chewable tablets per day.

The main role of l-carnitine in the body is its involvement in mitochondrial function. It aids the transportation of fatty acids into the mitochondria, to then be used in energy production. In combination with exercise, supplementing with l-carnitine induces changes within the cell that may increase fat oxidation.

The Science in Sport L-Carnitine formulation uses l-carnitine l-tartrate, the form of l-carnitine most commonly associated with physical performance and a rapid absorption rate.

Quality used to be spot on, probably the past 5 orders have been terrible, it's like moisture has got inside the blister pack causing the tablets to become wet and sticky, every time I've complained to SIS about them they have always refunded but its getting to the point where I can't even be bothered to complain and start thinking of using a different company. For me the product actually seems to work ive noticed a difference in body fat, its a shame that I've got to look elsewhere when I know this product works for me.

Problems in manufacturing / packing leaves them soft and difficult to extract in one piece.
